"Shipping Costs and Insurance"
Most auction houses in the UK team up with DHL for deliveries, and yours is no different since my order came through DHL. However, the shipping fees from your company are double what other auction places charge. I reckon it would be wise to take a look at your shipping rates, as they seem pretty steep. On the bright side, the website is fantastic—well organized and filled with excellent photos. Just wish the shipping didn’t hit the wallet so hard. Kudos!

"Whisky from Highland to Oz"
I just bought a few bottles from Highland Whisky Auctions, and I gotta say, the whole experience was super professional. There were a few bottles I couldn't find in Australia, so I stumbled upon this auction site. The only downside was having to cough up import duties and GST, which caught me off guard, but hey, that's just how the Aussie Government rolls.

Fantastic service! I've snagged a couple of auction lots and everything's been smooth sailing. For my most recent items, I accidentally chose the collection option instead of shipping. They called me the next day just to confirm I picked the right choice, which was super thoughtful. Plus, their cardboard packing is on another level; I can't see anything getting damaged in those!
